Sand Rock is a beautiful beachfront villa to be situated in Prospect on the fashionable West Coast of Barbados. It is located on the prestigious St. James stretch of coastline south of Sandy Lane and Paynes Bay, and just north of Fresh Water Bay.

This villa will be a tropical retreat designed to let you experience the laid-back, indoor-outdoor lifestyle of the Caribbean. This five-bedroom 7-bathroom, beachfront home will be one of Barbados’ finest villa rentals.

Sand Rock will feature manicured grounds framed by lush tropical vegetation allowing you to relax in peace while enjoying the views of the sea. The open plan kitchen and living areas open up through wall-to-wall glass doors to an elevated terrace with a cantilevered pool overlooking the ocean. The pool, which includes an infinity edge, measures 20 x 8 feet and will be a great way to keep cool. Under the covered terrace you’ll discover an alfresco dining table where you can enjoy meals prepared by the staff cook, while still taking in the sounds of rolling waves.

The interior of this contemporary building will boasts spacious living areas and soft, pastel tones throughout. The living space will feature plush sofas as well as charming home accents and large floor to ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light.

A maximum of ten guests will be accommodated in this home’s five well-appointed double bedrooms. Four bedroom are oceanfront; Two bedrooms are located on the lowest level and open onto to a shared patio and into the garden, while the remaining three sit on the upper levels. The master bedroom is on the first floor and features a private balcony overlooking the pool and beach below. An operable roof allows for shading during the day and stargazing a night. The second master suite is located on the roof deck and incorporates floor to ceiling glass doors to maximize the expansive ocean views. All of the bedrooms include king size beds, private en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

The garden includes an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area to make the most of those beautiful evening sunsets. For guests seeking time in the sun, the beach is just steps away and is easily accessed from a private gate in the garden.
